A Contract Project of Design and Construction for the Economical Housing at Lot TN27, Taipa, Macau   The project is adjacent to Lot TN27 of Avenida do Coronel Mesquita, Tai Pa, covering an area of about 16000m2. To the southeast there is Avenida do Coronel Mesquita. The other three sides are new roads. After completion of the project, there will be an estate platform. On the eatate plat form, there are seven residential buildings, providing a total of 2,598 residence house. The height of the buildings is from 33 to 51 sotreys. The estates platform offers the residents  a spacious recreation area and beautiful outdoor space to rest. It allows emergency vehicle access and a beautiful covered walkway to connect all buildings.  Public parking areas are set in the first to third level of the basement, ground floor and some area of mezzanine floor, providing a total of more than 1100 motorcycle parking spaces and more than 700 light private parking spaces.
