The project locates in original address of Centro UNESCO, Alameda Dr. Carlos D' Assumpcao, Macau.

The land area is about 896 m², to the south, it is city road; to the east, it is leisure and entertainment places, landscape and electrical room for municipal facilities; to the north, it is landscaping walking zone and substation of CEM; to the west, it is elevated roadway. Design functions mainly include musical hall (multi-function hall), exhibition hall, library, meeting room, office zone etc. The building is classified as subgroup A and B of the VII using group by the function. According to the limit of alignment, the maximum building height is 9.60m, with three stories on the ground and above, two stories in the basement. It is grade M building in terms of building height.
