Proposed construction land of Cultural and Creative Industry Park of Communication University of China, lies to the north of Chaoyang Road, Chaoyang District. It is divided into west plot and east plot.

At present, these two plots are used as rural housing land, which is classified into Land Reserve Center of Chaoyang District this year for primary development.

Situation of west plot: land area is 3.16 hectare (47.4 mu). Now it belongs to Dingfu Zhuang East Village. Its southern end faces the northern end of CUC main campus across the road.

Situation of east plot: land area is 3.78 hectare (56.7 mu). Now contents on the ground are rural housing land. Distance between it and CUC main campus is more far than that between west plot and CUC main campus. The east plot is 900 meter away from the west plot.

According to the Implementation Plan of Development of Dingfu Zhuang Media Culture Industrial District, these two plots are core zones of media Culture Industrial District.
