This project is located in the commercial and residential land of Shaoshan Road in Yuhua District, which is the original address of Changsha Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. It lies in one of core places of Changsha old city. To the west, it is Shaoshan Road; to the south, it is Xinjian Road, with a large Wal-Mart nearby; to the east, it leads to Shuguang Road.

According to the latest city plan, the whole land is divided into three districts which are north district, south district and west district respectively. The total land area is 90116.05m², while land area of west district is 19143.86m², land area of south district is 48145.65m², and land area of north district is 22826.54m².
