For keeping pace with the spirit of Working Report in 2006 Fiscal Year by the Chief Executive of Macau SAR, this project plan was designed for assisting poor people to solve their living difficulties so as to improve the harmonic development of the real estate in Macau. Meanwhile, in line with the policy of the continuity of urban project renovation, this Project, based on its functions, was aimed to strengthen and improve the social facilities, optimize the residential environment and improve the living standard for push forward the reconstruction work of the old city zone and guarantee the reconstruction development plan proceeded safely in order. Also, this Project is also for optimizing the traffic network and increasing the parking space through renovating the urban road network and improving the conditions of public parking lot.
