This lot is connected to the streets on four sides. To its east, it is the Macau Art Museum; to its west, it is the lot for the Xihao Boya Royal Twins Towers Project; to its south, it is the interminable seascape; to the northern sea surface, it is Kwan-in Lotus Center and the planned Macau Science Building; all of which form very convenient conditions on geographic position, traffic and landscape. As far as the general plan is concerned, the main building body is divided into two towers, eastern tower is the hotel and the western tower is used as high-grade apartment residence. For a best and widest landscape, two buildings are laid out in 8-shape. As far as the architecture shape is concerned, the theme of the attached building design is subject to the lotus (Macau¡¯s symbol), compared with the theme of ¡®Crystal Cave¡¯ to the tower building. The dark-gray stone wall and the golden crystal glass have produced a sharp contract between them. The golden lotus is relieving with the glaring crystal, which not only embodies the individuality of the building but also makes the building itself become a landmark, resulting in a deep impression to the public.
