The land of this Project is closely to the North-west of Historic Architectures of Holland Garden which is full of historic culture atmosphere due to its colorful architecture style, which is the most important scenic element to this Project. The original Tap Siac Court is being reconstructed into a Tap Siac Square. After the completion of the Tap Siac Square, it will highlight the historic value of Historic Architectures of Holland Garden more greatly as well as can become a comfortable public place in the old city zone of Macau.

In view of the special location of this Project, we base our design both on the environment utilization and the development feasibility between the old and the new city zones, which not only keeps the architecture shape in harmony with the neighboring environment but also forms a interactive relation with the environment so as to realize a sympathetic response between the new building and the reserved Historic Architectures of Holland Garden.
