In the land of this Project, there is an old building which is original Police Department, the front part of which shall be reserved and the back part of which shall be dismantled for a new 3-floor building to be established. Therefore, the T-shape of the design shall be focused on the compatibility of the wholeness and layered structures sense between the old building and the new building. The comparison between the old building and the new building will more highlight the historic elements of the old building as well as infuse a new life power to the old one. We also consider the future possibility of the second construction expansion in the T-shape design. Now the top roof has an indoor basket court, which shall be reconstructed into a two-floor unit during the period of construction expansion. It is guaranteed that the whole expansion project can not impact the whole Outer T-shape Image of the whole building.
